摘  要:建立并验证了高效液相色谱法测定盐酸林可霉素可溶性粉中林可霉素含量的方法。采用C_(18)色谱柱(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm),检测波长为214 nm,流动相为0.02 mol/L磷酸氢二铵-乙腈(75∶25,V/V),流速为1.0 mL/min,柱温为30℃。结果表明,林可霉素在0.1~4.0 mg/mL范围内,峰面积与浓度呈良好的线性关系,相关系数为0.9997(n=8),平均回收率99.5%,RSD为1.2%。该方法流动相中含盐量降低,可减少盐溶液对色谱柱的污染,提高色谱峰的理论板数,同时流动相配制方便,快速。To establish and verify a HPLC method for the determination of lincomycin hydrochloride soluble powder.The determina⁃tion was performed on a C_(18) column(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm)at 214 nm with mobile phase of 0.02 mol/L diammonium hydrogen phos⁃phate and acetonitrile(75∶25,V/V)at the flow rate of 1.0 mL/min.The column temperature was 30℃.The results showed that linco⁃mycin showed a good linear relationship between the peak area and the concentration in the range of 0.1~4.0 mg/mL,the correlation co⁃efficient was 0.9997(n=8),the average recovery was 99.5%,RSD was 1.2%.The content of salt in the mobile phase was reduced,the pollution of salt solution to chromatographic column was reduced,the theoretical plate number of chromatographic peak was in⁃creased,and the mobile phase preparation was convenient and fast.
