关于大洋号海洋科考船马斯洛需求层次理论的思考与实践

摘　　要：随着越来越多的海洋科考船加入到中国海洋科考事业,如何确保海洋科考船安全营运,从而助力中国海洋科考事业,已变成一个非常迫切的命题。该文以大洋号海洋科考船安全营运和市场竞争面临的问题为切入点,结合马斯洛需求层次理论和船舶安全管理体系建设,提出了大洋号的马斯洛需求层次理论并付诸实践,从而为其他海洋科考船的安全营运和提升海洋调查的核心竞争力提供借鉴。It becomes a very urgent problem to ensure the safe operation of the oceanographic scientific research vessel and thus the improvement of the Chinese oceanographic research industry as more and more oceanographic scientific research vessels join the Chinese oceanographic research industry.The Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory for Dayang Hao is proposed and put into the practice based on the problems faced by the safe operation and market competition of the oceanographic scientific research vessel Dayang Hao,combing with the Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory and the construction of the ship safety management system.It can provide reference for the safe operation of other oceanographic scientific research vessels and the improvement of the core competitiveness for the oceanographic survey.
