摘 要:火电基建项目金属全过程的技术监督是工程质量管控的重中之重,是从设计、制造、安装、调试运行、投入商运一个复杂庞大的系统工程,金属焊接将影响施工质量的因素贯穿整个的施工过程。在施工中不断加强焊接质量管控的同时,做好金属检测,全基建过程的金属监督将会有效地降低施工隐患。期间,金属焊接是安装期间的关键工作。焊接质量的好坏直接影响到设备安全、经济、优质高效的运行,同时焊接质量的好坏还会影响到设备的使用寿命。如何在基建期全过程发挥好金属技术监督职责,管控好焊接质量是关系到机组长周期运行根基。The technical supervision of the entire metal process of thermal power infrastructure projects is the top priority of engineering quality control.It is a complex and huge system project from design,manufacturing,installation,commissioning,and commercial operation.Metal welding will affect the quality of construction.Throughout the entire construction process.While continuously strengthening welding quality control during construction,metal inspection and metal supervision of the entire infrastructure construction process will effectively reduce hidden dangers in construction.During this period,metal welding is the key work during installation.The quality of welding directly affects the safe,economical,high-quality and efficient operation of the equipment.At the same time,the quality of welding also affects the service life of the equipment.How to give full play to the responsibilities of metal technology supervision and control the welding quality throughout the entire process of the infrastructure construction is related to the foundation of the long-term operation of the unit.
