摘 要:磷是组成藻细胞的生命元素之一,对藻类生长具有重要作用,亦是水华蓝藻暴发的重要限制因子。本研究在实验室条件下模拟磷缺乏后再补充对铜绿微囊藻生长和叶绿素荧光参数的影响。结果表明,7 d后,磷缺乏处理组铜绿微囊藻细胞密度比对照组低0.58×10^(7)cell/mL,二者之间有显著差异(P<0.05),处理组Fv/Fm显著低于对照组;磷补充后,铜绿微囊藻生长迅速,培养结束时处理组和对照组细胞密度基本相等,Fv/Fm、ΦPSⅡ和ETRmax显著高于对照组。该研究结果可为防控铜绿微囊藻水华暴发提供参考。Phosphorus,an important element in algal cells,plays a vital role in the growth of algal,and is also an important limiting factor of cyanobacteria bloom.Effects of Simulated phosphorus supplement after deficiency on the growth and chlorophyll fluorescence parameters under laboratory conditions were carried out in this study.The results showed that,the cell density of M.aeruginosa in the treatment group was 0.58×10^(7) cell/mL lower than that of control group significantly(P<0.05)after phosphorus deficiency 7 days.The Fv/Fm in the treatment group was also significantly lower than that of control group.After phosphorus supplement,M.aeruginosa grew fast,and the cell densities of both control and treatment groups were basically same by the end of the cultur,but the Fv/Fm,ΦPSⅡ and ETRmax of M.aeruginosa in the treatment group were significantly higher than that of the control group.The results of this study can be used as a reference for the prevention and control of M.aeruginosa bloom.
