乡村振兴战略背景下天津市特色小镇“三生空间”融合发展路径研究——以天津市上仓镇为例

摘　　要：特色小镇建设目标在于构建生产空间、生活空间、生态空间紧密融合的新型城镇。基于"三生空间"理念,天津市特色小镇归为生产型、生活型和生态型特色小镇三类,其"三生空间"融合发展还面临着产业体系不完善、生活空间吸引力不足、生态空间受冲击的困境。基于CAS理论,剖析特色小镇"三生空间"融合发展机理,并以上仓镇为例,对其"三生空间"进行要素解构及特色凝练。天津市特色小镇应因势利导盘活资源,完善农村基础设施建设和公共服务,提升生态空间品质。Based on the concept of Production-Living-Ecology Space,the Characteristic Towns of Tianjin are classified into three types:production type,life type and ecological type.The integrated development of the Production-Living-Ecology Space still faces the dilemma of imperfect industrial system,insufficient attraction of living space and great threat to ecological space.Based on the CAS theory,the integrated development mechanism of Production-Living-Ecology Space has been analyzed.Taking Shangcang as an example,the elements and characteristics of its Production-Living-Ecology Space were dissected and summarized.The Characteristic Towns of Tianjin should make the best use of resources,improve rural infrastructure construction and public services,and promote the quality of ecological space.
