摘  要:随着工业化发展,以实时监测、有效控制潜在污染物为目标,可靠、灵敏、稳定的气体传感器的应用需求正在不断升级。虽然已有一些商业化的气体传感器,但在其重要性能如灵敏度、循环周期稳定性和功耗等方面仍存在较大挑战。本文综述了基于碳纳米管、氧化石墨烯、金属氧化物、固体电解质、沸石等SO_(2)气体传感材料的研究进展,阐明了构建高效气体传感材料的发展趋势,并对开发工业实时SO_(2)气体监测进行了探讨。The need for reliable,sensitive,and stable sensors is caused by a growing trend to lower the levels of concentration at which potential pollutants have to be monitored and controlled,according to what is required in many industrial applications.Although some chemical sensors have been commercialized,there are still some challenges such as sensitivity,cycle stability,and high power consumption.In this review,SO_(2) gas sensors based on carbon nanotubes,graphene oxides,metal oxides,solid electrolytes,and zeolites are summarized in detail.Research prospects based on the design of efficient architecture for highly performing gas sensing materials are proposed.Standing challenge with the aim to develop industrial in-situ SO_(2) gas sensors is also discussed.
