摘 要:针对某水电站进水口快速闸门存在动水情况下不能完全关闭的现象,笔者分析其产生的原因,并从闸门设计方面提出可行的解决方案。通过改造设计,使快速闸门在动水情况下能完全关闭到位,且液压启闭机的相关参数达到设计规范要求,保证进水口快速闸门能在机组发生紧急情况下快速截断水流,发挥保护机组的作用。该改造方案可为行业内的快速闸门设计提供借鉴和参考。In view of the phenomenon that the rapid operating gate at the intake of a hydropower station can not be completely closed under dynamic water,the author analyzes the causes and puts forward feasible solutions from the gate design.Through the transformation design,the rapid operating gate can be completely closed in place under the condition of dynamic water,and the relevant parameters of the hydraulic hoist meet the design specification requirements,so as to ensure that the rapid operating gate at the intake can quickly cut off the water flow in the event of an emergency of the unit,and play the role of protecting the unit.The transformation scheme can provide reference for the design of rapid operating gates in the industry.
