摘  要:以国外某工程溢流坝叠梁门为例,笔者采用ANSYS APDL建立大跨度叠梁门的参数化有限元模型,对挡水工况和地震工况下的叠梁门进行静力计算及特性分析,并将计算结果与采用常规平面法的计算结果进行对比,确定了模型主要构件最大等效应力和应变的分布状况;同时,对正常工况下的闸门进行模态分析,得出了干、湿模态下闸门的自振频率和振型。分析结果表明:采用该有限元模型的计算精度较高,设计效率高,主要构件计算误差在合理范围内,符合规范要求;在地震荷载作用下,闸门结构是安全、可靠的。该模型为同类型闸门有限元计算和分析提供借鉴。Taking the stoplog gate of a foreign overflow dam as an example,the author establishes a parametric finite element model of long-span stoplog gate by using ANSYS APDL,carries out static calculation and characteristic analysis of stoplog gate under water retaining and seismic conditions,compares the calculation results with the calculation results of conventional plane method,and determines the distribution of maximum equivalent stress and strain of main components of the model.At the same time,the modal analysis of the gate under normal working conditions is carried out,and the natural frequency and vibration mode of the gate under dry and wet modes are obtained.The analysis results show that the finite element model has high calculation accuracy and design efficiency,and the calculation error of main components is within a reasonable range,which meets the requirements of the code;Under the action of earthquake load,the gate structure is safe and reliable.The model provides a reference for the finite element calculation and analysis of the same type of gate.
