摘  要:山东泰山抽水蓄能电站4号机组A级检修更换了导叶套筒、内顶盖等机械部件。为了正确评价检修质量、检验机组修后的运行特性,进行了变转速、变励磁、变负荷等稳定性试验,以及发电25%额定负荷、50%额定负荷、75%额定负荷、100%额定负荷4种工况的甩负荷试验。稳定性试验结果表明质量不平衡力、电磁不平衡拉力等因素对机组稳定性无显著影响,振动、摆度值在标准范围内;甩负荷试验结果表明机组最大转速上升率、最大蜗壳压力上升率、最小尾水管压力下降率满足调保计算要求,导叶关闭规律满足设计要求。4号机组A级检修达到了预期效果,为同类机组的后续检修试验提供了参考。The mechanical components such as guide vane sleeve and inner top cover have been replaced in A Class Maintenance of Unit 4 of Shandong Taishan Pumped Storage Power Station.In order to correctly evaluate the maintenance quality and check the operation characteristics of the unit after repair,stability tests such as variable speed,variable excitation and variable load are carried out,as well as load rejection tests under four working conditions of 25% rated load,50% rated load,75% rated load and 100% rated load.The stability test results show that the mass unbalanced force and electromagnetic unbalanced tension have no significant influence on the unit stability,and the vibration swing value is within the standard range.The load rejection test results show that the maximum speed rise rate of unit,maximum pressure rise rate of spiral case and minimum pressure drop rate of draft tube meet the requirements of regulation calculation and the closing rule of guide vane meets the design requirements.A Class Maintenance of Unit 4 has achieved the expected results,which provides a reference for subsequent maintenance tests of similar units.
