摘  要:BIM技术在多项工程中都能够促进管理效率提高,笔者旨在研究BIM技术在管综设计与施工中的协同管理及效能。通过明确管综设计阶段信息集成要素,进一步细分各类信息;为更好地将信息共享与传播,建立协同管理模式;在管综设计大体确定后,采用BIM技术深化管综设计模型,完成BIM技术在管综设计与施工中的协同管理应用,并测试BIM技术对工程的效能影响。通过对3种不同难度的管综工程应用BIM技术进行实验,测试工期时间是否达到预期,最终得出3次测试结果均比预期工期时间短的结论。BIM technology can promote management efficiency in many projects.This paper aims to study the collaborative management and effectiveness of BIM technology in pipeline comprehensive design and construction.By clarifying the information integration elements in the pipeline comprehensive design stage,all kinds of information are further subdivided.In order to better share and disseminate information,a collaborative management model is established.After the general determination of pipeline comprehensive design,BIM technology is used to deepen the pipeline comprehensive design model,complete the collaborative management application of BIM technology in pipeline comprehensive design and construction,and test the effect of BIM technology on engineering effectiveness.The experiment of applying BIM technology to three kinds of pipeline comprehensive engineering with different difficulties to test whether the construction period time reaches the expectation.Finally,it is concluded that the three test results are shorter than the expected construction period time.
