摘　　要：介绍了电石法PVC生产中降低电石单耗的措施,包括加强电石生产和运输过程管理、新建电石大料仓、回收电石灰、回收蒸发冷凝系统和洗涤系统水中夹带的乙炔等。The measures to reduce the unit consumption of calcium carbide in PVC production by calcium carbide method were introduced,including strengthening the management of calcium carbide production and transportation process,building a large calcium carbide silo,recovering calcium carbide dust,recovering acetylene dissolved in evaporative condensation water and in washing water,etc.
