摘 要:中国目前尚未开展低品位硅硼钙石的富集研究,本次试验首次对新疆某低品位火山沉积型硅硼钙石矿的矿物加工技术进行探讨。此次采用浮选工艺,流程简单,采用一次粗选、一次扫选、两次精选可获得较好的浮选富集分离指标,使硼矿B_(2)O_(3)品位由4.48%提高至12.10%,回收率88.45%。试验的成功一定程度上提高了低品位硅硼钙石的富集加工技术,将有效缓解中国硼矿资源紧张问题。At present,the enrichment research of low-grade datolite has not been carried out in China.This test is the first discussion on the mineral processing technology of a low-grade volcanic sedimentary datolite ore in Xinjiang.The flotation process was adopted,the process flow is simple,worked by one roughing,one sweeping and two cleanings,Good flotation concentration separation index can be obtained,raising the B_(2)O_(3) grade of boron mine from 4.48% to 12.10%,and the recovery rate is 88.45%.The success of this experiment partly improves the enrichment processing technology of low-grade datolite and will effectively alleviate the tension of boron resources in China.
