摘  要:介绍了适用于调峰工况的末级730mm叶片,针对叶片在调峰过程中的风险,在开发过程中采取了相应的安全性措施,如叶片采用高阻尼结构设计,全三维有限元可靠性分析,真实叶片动频率、动应力试验测试,以及不同工况下的防水蚀措施等,并成功应用在多个调峰机组,经历了多年的运行考验,验证了730mm叶片在调峰工况下运行的安全性和可靠性。The present work introduced a 730mm final stage blade,which could be suitable for peak shaving condition.In view of operation risk for the blade during the process of the peak shaving,the corresponding safety measures were taken in the process of development,such as a high damping structure design,full 3D finite element reliability analysis,real blade dynamic frequency test,dynamic stress test,and water erosion prevention under different working conditions,etc..All above measurement has been successfully applied in many peak shaving units,and the safety and reliability of the present 730mm blade under peak shaving conditions were verified after the past years.
