摘  要:本文以国内某厂生产的20CrMnTiH齿轮钢为对象,研究钙处理工艺对钢中夹杂物的影响。结果表明:原工艺水口结瘤物主要成分为MgO·Al_(2)O_(3)、2CaO·Al_(2)O_(3)(C_(2)A)和CaO·Al_(2)O_(3)(CA)的复合物,其中还含有少量的SiO_(2)和TiOX。改进的新工艺在w[Al_(s)]=250×10^(-6)~300×10^(-6)时进行钙处理,VD和中间包中全氧质量分数均降低,氧化物夹杂平均尺寸明显低于原工艺,基本可以控制在10μm以下,氧化物夹杂控制效果较好。新工艺钙处理后基本将夹杂物转变为低熔点的C_(12)A_(7)夹杂物。水口结瘤几率从原工艺的3.2%降低到新工艺的0.07%,影响水口结瘤的一些其他因素尚待进一步研究。The effects of calcium treatment process on inclusions in 20CrMnTiH gear steel produced by a domestic steel plant were studied in this paper.The results show that the main components of the nodule at the nozzle of the original process are the compounds of MgO·Al_(2)O_(3),2CaO·Al_(2)O_(3)(C_(2)A)and CaO·Al_(2)O_(3)(CA),which also contain a small amount of SiO_(2)and TiOX.The improved new process is carrying out calcium treatment at w[Als]=250×10^(-6)~300×10^(-6),the total oxygen mass fraction in VD and tundish is reduced,and the average size of oxide inclusions is significantly lower than the original process,which can be basically controlled below 10μm,the control effect of oxide inclusions is better.After calcium treatment in the new process,the inclusions are basically transformed into _(12)A_(7) inclusions which have a low melting point.The probability of nozzle nodulation is reduced from 3.2%of the original process to 0.07%of the new process.Some other factors affecting nozzle nodulation still need to be further studied.
