摘　　要：三钢圆棒生产线在轧制中小圆钢时,850t冷剪机气动离合器频繁出现摩擦片温度高、离合器冒烟、摩擦盘烧毁等故障,对离合器的静态扭矩和动态扭矩分别进行详细计算,对气动离合器进行重新选型,满足850t冷剪机的使用需求。When rolling medium and small round steel in the round bar production line of Sansteel,the pneumatic clutch of 850t cold shear often has the faults of high temperature of friction plate,smoke and burning of clutch.Through detailed calculation of static torque and dynamic torque of clutch,the pneumatic clutch is re selected to meet the use demand of cold shear.
