对高等中医药院校师生之知识产权保护意识的调研

摘　　要：受访院校师生对中医药知识产权保护的认知意识较好、情感意识强烈、维权意识强,但其行为却与之脱节;其所感知的知识产权保护体系之建设情况和宣传情况,与其期望值的差距较大。建议开展系统的知识产权知识教育,完善知识产权管理体系的建设;政府应加强对知识产权保护知识的宣传普及力度,重视落后地区的知识产权教育。Teachers and students of the interviewed colleges and universities have good cognitive awareness,strong emotional awareness,and strong awareness of rights protection for intellectual property protection of Tradition⁃al Chinese medicine,but their behaviors are not in accordance with their awareness.And there is a big gap between their perception of the construction and publicity of intellectual property protection system and their expectations.Therefore,it is suggested that we carry out systematic intellectual property knowledge education and perfect the con⁃struction of intellectual property management system,and the government should strengthen the publicity and popu⁃larization of intellectual property protection and attach importance to it in backward areas.
