摘　　要：目的:探讨道路交通事故中肋骨骨折特点、鉴定要点。方法:对交通事故肋骨骨折伤残鉴定案例之一般情况、年龄分布、骨折部位、初次鉴定时临床医学诊断及鉴定过程中法医临床学诊断等进行统计学分析。结论:在对该类案例中的肋骨骨折老年人作司法鉴定时,应深入了解鉴定时间、外伤史及复查时间,进而明确肋骨骨折的定性、定量及畸形愈合情况。Objective:To explore the characteristics and identification points of rib fractures in road traffic acci⁃dents.Methods:Statistical analysis was made on the general situation,age distribution,fracture site,clinical diagno⁃sis and forensic clinical diagnosis in the initial identification.Results:In the case of road traffic accidents,when judging the old with rib fractures,it is necessary to pay more attention to identification time,the history of the injury and imaging review time,so as to determine the qualitative,quantitative and healing of the rib fracture.
