摘 要:为研究日粮中添加甘草多糖对爱拔益加肉鸡生长性能、体尺、IGF-1基因相对表达量的影响。试验选用1日龄爱拔益加健康肉鸡240只,随机分为4组,每组6个重复,每个重复10只鸡。组1为对照组,肉鸡饲喂基础日粮,组2、组3和组4分别在基础日粮中添加300、600和900 mg/kg的甘草多糖,试验期42 d。结果表明,与对照组相比,各试验组肉鸡平均日增重均有显著提高(P<0.05),各组料重比显著降低(P<0.05);组3、组4的胸宽显著升高(P<0.05),各试验组的体斜长均显著升高(P<0.05),随着添加量增加有上升趋势,但组间差异不显著(P>0.05);组3、组4肉鸡IGF-1基因的相对表达量均极显著升高(P<0.01)。研究表明,日粮中添加甘草多糖可改善肉鸡生长性能、体尺以及生长相关基因IGF-1的相对表达量。In order to investigate the effect of Glycyrrhiza polysaccharide on growth performance,body size index and IGF-1 gene relative expression in broilers.240 one-day-old Arbor Acres healthy broilers were randomly divided into four groups with six replicates in each group and 10 chickens in each replicate.Group 1 was the control group,which was fed with basal diet,and the group 2,group 3 and group 4 were fed with basal diet added Glycyrrhiza polysaccharides of 300,600 and 900 mg/kg,respectively.The results showed that compared with the control group,the average daily gain of each test group was significantly increased(P<0.05).The feed-to-weight ratio of group 3 was significantly reduced(P<0.05).The chest width of group 3 and group 4 increased significantly(P<0.05).The body slant length of each test group increased significantly(P<0.05),and there was an upward trend with the increase in the amount of addition,but the difference between the groups was not significant(P>0.05).The relative expression of IGF-1 gene in group 3 and group 4 broilers was extremely increased(P<0.01).The experiment indicates that adding Glycyrrhiza polysaccharide in broiler diets can improve broiler growth performance and increase the expression of IGF-1 gene relative expression.
