摘 要:试验旨在研究日粮中添加尾菜发酵饲料对绵羊生长性能、屠宰性能及肉品质的影响。选取54只体重(21.53±2.03)kg、体况良好的6月龄欧拉公羊,分为3组,每组3个重复,每个重复6只。对照组绵羊饲喂基础日粮,试验Ⅰ组绵羊饲喂70%基础日粮和30%商品发酵饲料,试验Ⅱ组绵羊饲喂70%基础日粮和30%尾菜发酵饲料,试验共64 d。结果表明,与对照组相比,试验Ⅱ组绵羊的末重、平均日增重和平均日采食量分别显著提高8.93%、30.68%和1.33%(P<0.05),试验Ⅱ组绵羊料重比显著降低22.93%(P<0.05);宰前活重和眼肌面积分别显著提高14.42%和37.10%(P<0.05);背最长肌pH值和剪切力分别显著降低4.23%和26.11%(P<0.05),亮度、红度和大理石纹评分分别显著提高15.23%、12.29%和150.37%(P<0.05)。研究表明,绵羊日粮中添加尾菜发酵饲料可提高其生长性能、屠宰性能及肉品质。The purpose of the experiment was to study the effects of tail vegetable fermented feed on growth performance,slaughtering performance and meat quality of sheep.A total of 54 six-month-old Ola rams with similar body weight(21.53±2.03)kg were randomly divided into three groups with three replicates in each group and six in each replicate.The control group sheep were fed with basic diet,groupⅠwas fed with 70%basic diet and 30%commercial fermented feed,and groupⅡsheep were fed with 70%basal diet and 30%tail vegetable fermented feed.The experiment lasted for 64 days.The results showed that compared with the control group,the final weight,ADG and ADFI of groupⅡwere significantly increased by 8.93%,30.68%and 1.33%(P<0.05),and the F/G of groupⅡwas significantly reduced by 22.93%(P<0.05).The ante-mortem live weight and eye muscle area were increased significantly by 14.42%and 37.10%respectively(P<0.05).The pH value and shear force of longissimus dorsi significantly decreased by 4.23%and 26.11%respectively(P<0.05),and the scores of brightness,redness and marbling increased by 15.23%,12.29%and 150.37%respectively(P<0.05).The experiment has show that adding fermented tailweed feed to sheep diets can improve its growth performance,slaughter performance and meat quality.
