摘  要:试验旨在研究发酵饲料及菌粉对羔羊生长性能、脏器系数、胃肠道系数及血清生化指标的影响。试验选取20只初生重相近、体况良好的10日龄羔羊,分为2组。对照组饲喂添加10.13%苜蓿干草的开食料,试验组饲喂添加13.83%发酵饲料的开食料并加入当日饲料重0.1%的菌粉(植物乳杆菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、地衣芽孢杆菌)。羔羊67日龄时静脉采血,于68日龄晨饲2 h后屠宰取样。结果表明,试验组羔羊的末重、平均日增重显著高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组羔羊的十二指肠系数与空肠系数显著高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组羔羊的血清碱性磷酸酶活性显著低于对照组(P<0.05),试验组羔羊的血清的谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究表明,羔羊开食料中添加发酵饲料及菌粉可提高其生长性能,改善血液生化指标,促进脏器及胃肠道的发育。The aim was to study the effects of fermented feed on growth performance,organ coefficients,gastrointestinal coefficients and serum biochemical indexes of lambs.Twenty 10-day-old lambs with similar initial birth weight and good body condition were selected for the experiment and divided into two groups.The control group was fed a starter with10.13%alfalfa hay,while the test group was fed a starter with 13.83%fermented feed and 0.1%bacterial powder(Lactobacillus plantarum,Bacillus subtilis,Bacillus licheniformis)added to the daily feed weight.Blood was collected intravenously from lambs at 67 days of age and slaughtered at 68 days of age after two hours of morning feeding.The results showed that the end weight and mean daily gain of the test group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05),the duodenal and jejunal coefficients of the test group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05),the alkaline phosphatase of the test group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the glutathione peroxidase of the test group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The study show that the addition of fermented feed and bacterial powder to the lambs’starter feed can improve their growth performance and blood biochemical indexes,and also promote the development of organs and gastrointestinal tract.
