摘　　要：试验对1例贵宾犬胃内异物进行诊断和治疗。通过一般检查、X光检查、B超检查、硫酸钡造影检查对患犬进行诊断,以胃切开术进行治疗。X线光检查未见胃内明显异常,B超检查和造影检查显示,患犬胃内的幽门部有低密度异物。经手术取出异物后,患犬康复出院。通过对该病例的分析,为胃内异物的诊断、治疗、术后护理、预防提供了参考。In order to diagnose and treat gastric foreign body in poodles.The sick dog was diagnosed by general examination,X-ray examination,B-ultrasound examination,barium sulfate radiography,and treated by gastrotomy.X-ray examination showed no obvious abnormality in the stomach.B-ultrasound examination and angiography showed that there were low-density foreign body in the pyloric part of the stomach of the sick dog.After the pylorus was surgically extracted and the foreign body was removed,the sick dog recovered and discharged from the hospital.The analysis of the case provides a reference for the diagnosis,treatment,postoperative nursing and prevention of gastric foreign body.
