摘　　要：为研究免疫佐剂对禽流感抗体产生的影响。不同抗原含量配比制备的禽流感疫苗中添加免疫佐剂,通过效力检验检验免疫佐剂对禽流感H5亚型和H7亚型免疫抗体的影响。结果表明,相同抗原含量添加免疫佐剂,同比不添加免疫佐剂组HI抗体效价上升0.9~1.9个滴度;不同抗原含量添加免疫佐剂,抗原含量为15%的HI抗体效价不低于30%、25%和20%抗原含量组。研究表明,添加免疫佐剂对产生禽流感HI抗体具有一定的提升作用。To study the impact of immune adjuvants on avian influenza antibodies.In the experiment,immune adjuvants were added to avian influenza vaccine prepared with different antigen content ratios,and the effect of immune adjuvants on the immune antibodies of avian influenza H5 and H7 subtypes was tested by the efficacy test.The results showed that the HI antibody value of the same antigen content with immune adjuvant increased by 0.9~1.9 titer compared with no immune adjuvant group.Immune adjuvants were added with different antigen content,and the HI antibody value of 15%antigen content was not less than 30%,25%and 20%antigen content groups.Studies have shown that the addition of immune adjuvants has a certain effect on the production of avian influenza HI antibodies.
