苏中地区猪圆环病毒2型感染情况及免疫效果调查

摘　　要：为了解苏中地区猪群猪圆环病毒2型(PCV2)感染情况及疫苗免疫效果,采集了苏中地区的15个养猪场363份样本,采用荧光定量PCR检测猪组织标本中的PCV2,使用间接ELISA检测猪血清中的PCV2抗体。结果表明,调查猪场的PCV2感染率为10.7%,其中大、中、小型猪场的感染率分别为4.9%、7.1%和18.8%,仔猪、母猪和肥育猪的感染率分别为2.3%、9.4%和16.9%。猪PCV2抗体阳性率为90.4%,其中大、中、小型猪场分别为94.1%、89.6%、88.2%,仔猪、母猪、育肥猪分别为80.0%、92.6%、95.1%。研究表明,苏中地区猪群存在PCV2感染,其中小型猪场与育肥猪感染率最高。In order to understand the porcine circovirus type 2(PCV2)infection of pigs in Central Jiangsu and the vaccine immunity,363 samples from 15 pig farms in Central Jiangsu were collected,and fluorescence quantitative PCR was used to detect PCV2 in pig tissue specimens.Indirect ELISA was used to detect PCV2 antibodies in pig serum.The results showed that the PCV2 infection rate of pigs was 10.7%,among which the infection rates of large,medium and small pig farms were4.9%,7.1%and 18.8%respectively,and the infection rates of piglets,sows and finishing pigs were 2.3%,9.4%and 16.9%,respectively.The positive rate of PCV2 antibody in pigs was 90.4%,among which 94.1%,89.6%and 88.2%in large,medium and small pig farms,80.0%,92.6%and 95.1%in piglets,sows and finishing pigs,respectively.Research shows that PCV2 infection exists in pigs in Central Jiangsu,and the infection rate of small pig farms and finishing pigs is the highest.
