摘 要:本研究制备了聚二烯丙基二甲基氯化铵功能化的石墨烯(PDDA-GNs),并用NaBH_(4)还原K_(2)PdCl_(4)得到了PDDA-GNs负载Pd纳米粒子(Pd NPs/PDDA-GNs)复合材料,基于该纳米材料构建了一种简单、快速的电化学传感器用于双氯芬酸钠(DS)的分析检测。由于Pd NPs/PDDA-GNs既具有GNs大的表面积,好的导电性,同时又具有Pd NPs良好的催化性能,以此构建的传感器成功地实现了对DS的高灵敏、高选择性测定,其线性范围为0.6~40μmol/L,检出限(S/N=3)可达0.08μmol/L。由此,建立的电化学传感平台可为医药检测提供一种有效的分析检测手段。In this work,poly(diallyldimethylammonium chloride) functionalized graphene(PDDA-GNs) were prepared,and palladium nanoparticles(Pd NPs) were then decorated on the surface of PDDA-GNs by reducing K_(2)PdCl_(4) by NaBH_(4) to prepare Pd NPs/PDDA-GNs composites.The nanocomposites were used as the electrode substrate to prepare an electrochemical sensor for fast and sensitive detection of diclofenac sodium(DS).The prepared Pd NPs/PDDA-GNs composites exhibit not only large surface areas and good conductivity of GNs,but excellent electrocatalytic activity of Pd NPs.DS could be successfully determined with highly sensitivity and selectivity.The linear range from 0.6-40 μmol/L was achieved with a detection limit of 0.08 μmol/L(S/N=3).The established sensing platform can provide an effective analytical way for medicine detection.
