摘 要:本文利用多巴胺(DA)作为模板,NaBH_(4)作为还原剂,合成制备了水溶性的银纳米簇(Ag NCs)。研究结果表明,乙醇溶剂对Ag NCs的荧光有显著的增强作用,因此用乙醇为溶剂代替水合成发光效率高的DA保护的Ag NCs(DA@Ag NCs),此纳米簇对维生素B_(12)(VB_(12))具有特异性识别能力。分别研究了乙醇和VB_(12)引发的DA@Ag NCs的荧光增强和猝灭机理,建立了VB_(12)的荧光检测新方法,其线性范围为5~80μmoL。该荧光探针对VB_(12)具有好的灵敏度和选择性,在VB_(12)检测中具有广阔的应用前景。A facile method for the preparation of water-soluble silver nanoclusters(Ag NCs) by using dopamine(DA) as template and sodium borohydride as reductant was established.The results showed that ethanol had a significant enhancement effect on the fluorescence of silver nanoclusters.Therefore,the prepared silver nanoclusters by ethanol solvent instead of water have specific ability to recognize VB_(12).The fluorescence enhancement and quenching mechanism of DA@Ag NCs induced by ethanol and VB_(12) were studied respectively.Moreover,a fluorescence detection method for VB_(12) was established with a linear range of 5-80 μmol/L.The fluorescence probe has good sensitivity and selectivity to VB_(12),indicating that this method has a potential application for the detection of VB_(12).
