摘　　要：纤溶酶原激活物抑制剂-1(Plasminogen activator inhibitor-1,PAI-1)是尿激酶型纤溶酶原激活物(Urokinase-type plasminogen activator,uPA)和组织型纤溶酶原激活物(Tissue-type plasminogen activator,tPA)的内源性抑制剂,是纤溶系统的重要组成部分,与人类健康密切相关。随着对PAI-1及其与疾病关系的深入研究,发现PAI-1可作为多种疾病的诊断指标。大量证据表明,其在动静脉血栓、出血异常、细胞侵袭、纤维化等方面起重要作用。文章对PAI-1的结构功能、转录调控及其在冠心病、脑梗塞、非酒精性脂肪肝病、肿瘤、白血病、肝纤维化及糖尿病诊断中的研究进展进行综述,为动物疾病的诊断及治疗提供新思路。Plasminogen activator inhibitor-1(PAI-1)is the endogenous inhibitor of urokinase-type Plasminogen Activator(uPA)and tissue-type Plasminogen Activator(tPA)and an important part of the fibrinolytic system,which is closely related to human health.With the intensive study of PAI-1 and its relationship with diseases,it has been found that PAI-1 can be used as a diagnostic indicator for many diseases.A large amount of evidence shows that PAI-1 plays an important role in arteriovenous thrombosis,abnormal bleeding,cell invasion,fibrosis,and so on.This article reviews the structure,function,transcriptional regulation of PAI-1 and the research progress of PAI-1 in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease,cerebral infarction,non-alcoholic fatty liver disease,tumor,leukemia,liver fibrosis and diabetes,and provides new ideas for the diagnosis and treatment of animal diseases.
