摘 要:针对深圳城市河流综合整治工程,采用CCA方法分析了河流治理前后的水质与水生态因子之间的关联性。结果表明:6条河流经过综合治理后,水质明显好转;河流治理前,优势种脆杆藻与磷酸盐有较强的正相关性,优势种微型裸腹蚤与磷酸盐有较强的正相关性;河流治理后,优势种小环藻与溶解氧有较强的正相关性,优势种菱形藻与亚硝氮有较强的正相关性,优势种无节幼体溶解氧有较强的正相关性,优势种摇蚊属与生化需氧量有较强的正相关性。研究结果可为下一步开展生态清洁型小流域建设提供数据支撑。Aiming at Shenzhen Urban River comprehensive treatment project,the correlation between water quality and water ecological factors before and after river treatment was analyzed by CCA.After comprehensive treatment,the water quality of the six rivers on the surface was obviously improved;before the river treatment,the dominant species of Cladosporium fragilis had a strong positive correlation with phosphate,and the dominant species of Gymnophora microphylla had a strong positive correlation with phosphate;after the river treatment,the dominant species of Microcyclic algae had a strong positive correlation with dissolved oxygen;the dominant species of Nitzschia had a strong positive correlation with nitrite.There was a strong positive correlation between the dissolved oxygen of Nauplii and the biochemical oxygen demand of Chironomid.The research results provide data support for the next step of ecological clean small watershed construction.
