摘 要:基于黄冈市第二次全国污染源普查数据,对该区域内污染源的构成、水和大气各类主要污染物的排放进行了系统分析。结果表明:黄冈市废水中的主要污染物主要来源于农业源和生活源;废气中的主要污染物主要来源于工业源和生活源,农业源仅氨的排放量占比最高,移动源仅氮氧化物的排放量占比最高。针对分析结果,提出了相应的污染防治对策:着力解决生活污水直排问题;加快推进农业源综合整治;加强落实环境监管能力力度;有效促进移动源污染环境综合整治。Based on the data of the second national census of pollution sources in Huanggang city,this paper makes systematic analysis on the composition of pollution sources,the discharge of various major pollutants in water and air in the region.The results show that the main pollutants in the waste water in Huanggang city are mainly from agricultural sources and domestic sources;the main pollutants in the waste gas are mainly from industrial sources and domestic sources,and the proportion of ammonia emission from agricultural sources is the highest.The emission of nitrogen oxides accounts for the highest proportion.According to the analysis results,the countermeasures of pollution prevention and control are put forward,including solving the problems of direct discharge of domestic sewage,accelerating the comprehensive renovation of agricultural sources,strengthening the capacity of environmental supervision and effectively promoting the comprehensive renovation of environment polluted by mobile sources.
