摘 要:山前古河道地质条件复杂,浅部卵砾石层较厚时采用常规机械成孔容易漏浆和塌孔,工效很低。以北方山区某桩基工程为例,对施工组织、设备工艺、施工遇到的问题以及应对措施进行了分析,从工效和造价等方面进行综合对比,提出了人工挖孔结合旋挖施工的组合成孔工艺。该工艺利用人工挖孔超过卵砾石层后,旋挖钻机接力入岩,有效克服了现场的施工难题。The geological conditions of ancient rivers in mountainous areas are complex.It is common to leak slurry and collapse by using conventional mechanical drilling machines when the gravel layer is thick,and the efficiency is very low.Taking a pile foundation project as an example,this paper analyzes the construction organization,equipment technology,construction problems and countermeasures,makes a comprehensive comparison from the aspects of work efficiency and cost,and puts forward the combined hole forming technology of manual hole digging combined with rotary excavation construction.This process utilizes manual digging of holes beyond the pebble gravel layer,and then the rotary drilling rig is relayed into the rock,which effectively overcomes the construction difficulties on site.
