摘　　要：两轮经济全球化容易被忽略的一个共性是经济全球化与国际秩序之间存在的同步性:经济全球化的起点均处于国际秩序的更迭期,并伴随着秩序企稳进入高速发展阶段。全球化的形成和深化依靠稳定的国际秩序基础,其发展特征及利益分配结果深受国际秩序的影响。当经济全球化缺乏其赖以发展的秩序基础时,其进程就会戛然而止。本文基于国际秩序的视角回顾了两轮经济全球化的发展历程,初步阐释了国际秩序对经济全球化的影响机理,认为秩序经由其构成要素影响了全球化的发展路径。文章还对何种类型的国际秩序更有益于经济全球化的运行进行了探讨。A commonality between the two rounds of economic globalization that is easily overlooked is the synchronization between economic globalization and the international order: The starting point of economic globalization is in a period of international order transition and enters the stage of rapid development along with the stabilization of the order. The formation and deepening of globalization rely on the stable foundation of international order, which deeply influence its development characteristics and distribution of benefits. When economic globalization lacks the order to support its development, its process will come to an abrupt halt. This article reviews the development of two rounds of economic globalization based on the perspective of international order, explains tentatively the logical relationship between international order and economic globalization, and argues that international order influences the development path of economic globalization through its constituent elements. Then, it discusses which form of international order is more conducive to the development of economic globalization.
