摘　　要：习近平总书记在党的十九大报告中全面阐述了新时代党的建设总体布局,这一论述蕴含深厚的马克思主义理论渊源,标志着我们党对执政党建设规律的认识达到新的高度。通过梳理马克思和恩格斯在指导无产阶级独立开展政党建设、追求阶级解放运动过程中的经验总结和理论思考,可以充分挖掘马克思主义党建学说的价值,更好地把握党的建设总体布局的思想内涵和逻辑,推进党的建设新的伟大工程。General Secretary Xi Jinping discussed the overall arrangement for party building for the new era in the report to the 19th National Congress of the CPC.This theory,underpinned by profound Marxism,indicates that the party’s understanding of the law governing the governance of the ruling party has reached new heights.A study of Marx’s and Engels’experience in and theory about guiding the proletariat’s independent party building and pursuing class liberation can tap the value of Marxist theory about party building,highlight the thinking and logic behind the overall arrangement for party building,and promote party building as a new,great project.
