心脏彩色多普勒超声在高血压左心室肥大伴左心衰竭诊断中的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:为提高高血压左心室肥大伴左心衰竭诊疗质量与水平,对心脏彩色多普勒超声应用价值进行探究。方法:从2019年11月~2020年11月医院收治的高血压左心室肥大伴左心衰竭患者中选取90例作为观察组,从同期在医院接受健康体检的正常人中选取90例作为对照组。为两组患者实施心脏彩色多普勒超声检查,比较两组检查结果。结果:相对于对照组,心脏彩色多普勒超声中LVEF[(65.47±4.98)%Vs(56.33±5.17)%]观察组更低,LVEDD、LVESD、LAD、E/EA[(48.79±3.24)mm Vs(56.63±3.71)mm;(28.22±1.25)mm Vs(33.46±1.17)mm;(33.54±4.41)mm Vs(48.95±8.63)mm;(6.42±1.76)Vs(12.77±2.94)]观察组更高(P<0.05);观察组中NYHA分级Ⅲ级患者LVEF低于Ⅰ级患者(P<0.05),低于Ⅱ级患者(P<0.05),其他观察指标则较Ⅰ级、Ⅱ级患者高(P<0.05);Ⅱ级与Ⅰ级患者比较,各指标差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在高血压左心室肥大伴左心衰竭诊断中心脏彩色多普勒超声可有效显示患者心功能情况,评估患者病情严重程度,为疾病诊疗提供有价值参考。Objective: In order to improve the quality and level of hypertensive left ventricular hypertrophy with left heart failure, the application value of cardiac color Doppler ultrasound was explored. Methods: From November 2019 to November 2020, 90 patients with hypertension and left ventricular hypertrophy complicated with left heart failure were selected as the observation group, and 90 healthy people were selected as the control group. Color Doppler echocardiography was performed for the two groups, and the results of the two groups were compared. Results: Relative to the control group, LVEF [(65.47±4.98)%Vs(56.33±5.17)%] was lower in cardiac color Doppler ultrasound, LVEDD, LVESD, LAD, E/EA[(48.79±3.24)mm Vs(56.63±3.71)mm;(28.22±1.25)mm Vs(33.46±1.17)mm;(33.54±4.41)mm Vs(48.95±8.63)mm;(6.42±1.76) Vs(12.77±2.94)] observation was higher(P<0.05);In the observation group, the LVEF of patients with NYHA grade Ⅲ was lower than that of patients with grade Ⅰ(P<0.05), lower than that of patients with grade Ⅱ(P<0.05), and other observation indexes were higher than those of patients with grade Ⅰ and Ⅱ(P<0.05). There was significant difference in each index between patients with grade Ⅱ and grade Ⅰ(P<0.05). Conclusion: In the diagnosis of hypertensive left ventricular hypertrophy with left heart failure, cardiac color Doppler ultrasound can effectively display the cardiac function of patients, evaluate the severity of the disease, and provide valuable reference for disease diagnosis and treatment.
