摘　　要：盆底功能障碍(PFD)是由于盆底支持组织损害、缺损,造成盆底肌肉松弛的病症,其包含慢性盆腔痛、尿失禁等一系列疾病,给患者生活质量与身心健康构成严重影响。现阶段,临床对于该病的治疗多分为手术、保守两大类,但手术具有一定创伤性,不易被患者所接受,临床使用受限。盆底康复治疗主要包括盆底康复治疗仪、盆底肌肉训练等方式,其中尤以盆底康复治疗仪此项措施使用较多,且该措施的疗效已得到证实。本文就盆底康复治疗仪在女性PFD康复中的作用机制、效果等做一综述。Pelvic floor dysfunction(PFD)is a disease that causes pelvic floor muscle relaxation due to damage and defect of the pelvic floor supporting tissues.It includes a series of diseases such as chronic pelvic pain and urinary incontinence,which poses a serious problem to the quality of life and physical and mental health of patients.influences.At this stage,the clinical treatment of the disease is mostly divided into two categories:surgery and conservative,but surgery is traumatic,not easy to be accepted by patients,and clinical use is limited.Pelvic floor rehabilitation treatment mainly includes pelvic floor rehabilitation therapy equipment,pelvic floor muscle training and other methods.Among them,pelvic floor rehabilitation therapy equipment is used more frequently,and the effectiveness of this measure has been confirmed.This article reviews the mechanism and effect of the pelvic floor rehabilitation device in the rehabilitation of women with PFD.
