摘 要:目的:分析比较Amicus、MCS+和Trima型号的血细胞分离机对献血者机采血小板采集效率。方法:抽取2018年5月~2019年5月本血站机采成分科的270例献血者为研究对象,根据采用的采血机型划分为3组,其中90例献血者采用了Amicus血细胞分离机为A组,90例献血者采用了MCS+血细胞分离机为M组,90例献血者采用了Trima血细胞分离机为T组,三组单份、双份血小板采集均为45例,比较分析三组献血者的单份及双份血小板分离机性能。结果:M组单份血小板采集效率及采集时间均比A组、T组更高,T组单份、双份全血处理量、抗凝剂使用量比A组、M组更多(P<0.05)。A组双份血小板采血效率比M组、T组更高,T组双份血小板采集时间比A组、M组更短(P<0.05)。结论:MCS+、Amicus和Trima型号的血细胞分离机在性能方面存在一定差异,血液采集、制备过程可控,在实际工作中应当根据献血者不同情况选择合适的血细胞分离机。Objective:To analyze and compare the collection efficiency of platelets collected by blood donors of Amicus,MCS+and Trima blood cell separators.Methods:From May 2018 to May 2019,270 blood donors from the Department of Mechanical Sampling of our blood station were selected as the research objects.They were divided into 3 groups according to the blood collection model used,of which 90 blood donors used the Amicus blood cell separator.For group A,90 blood donors used MCS+blood cell separator as group M,and 90 blood donors used Trima blood cell separator as group T.The three groups of single and double platelet collection were 45 cases,and the three groups were compared and analyzed.The performance of single and double platelet separators for blood donors.Results:The platelet collection efficiency and collection time of the M group were higher than those of the A and T groups.The single and double whole blood processing volume and anticoagulant usage of the T group were more than those of the A and M groups(P<0.05).The double platelet blood collection efficiency of group A was higher than that of group M and T,and the time of double platelet collection of group T was shorter than that of group A and M(P<0.05).Conclusion:MCS+,Amicus and Trima blood cell separators have certain differences in performance.The blood collection and preparation process is controllable.In actual work,suitable blood cell separators should be selected according to the different conditions of blood donors.
