低位产钳术联合无保护会阴助产在初产妇中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:探究初产妇行低位产钳术联合无保护会阴助产的应用效果。方法:在2019年11月~2020年11月时间内,随机在本院收治的阴道分娩初产妇中选择80例为研究对象,按入院顺序分为对照组和研究组。两组均给予无保护会阴分娩,研究组给予额外低位产钳术,对比两组产妇分娩情况和不良事件发生率。结果:研究组的第二产程时长、产时出血量等明显低于和少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不良反应方面,研究组产后出血、产后尿潴留、新生儿窒息等情况,明显少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:初产妇行低位产钳术联合无保护会阴助产,可有效缩短产妇第二产程时长,减少产时出血,减少术后并发症,保障新生儿健康安全。Objective:To explore the effect of low-position forceps combined with unprotected perineum assisted delivery in primiparas.Methods:From November 2019 to November 2020,randomly selected 80 primiparas from vaginal delivery in our hospital as the research objects,and divided them into the control group and the study group according to the order of admission.Both groups were given unprotected perineum delivery,and the study group was given additional low-position forceps to compare the delivery conditions and the incidence of adverse events between the two groups.Results:The duration of the second stage of labor and the amount of bleeding during labor in the study group were significantly lower and less than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In terms of adverse reactions,postpartum hemorrhage,postpartum urinary retention,and neonatal asphyxia in the study group were significantly less than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Low-position forceps combined with unprotected perineum assisted delivery for primipara can effectively shorten the duration of the second stage of labor,reduce bleeding during delivery,reduce postoperative complications,and ensure the health and safety of newborns.
