摘　　要：目的:分析多普勒超声在妊娠高血压孕妇子宫动脉及脐动脉血流检测中的应用。方法:选取2018年1月~2019年1月本院收治的66例妊娠高血压孕妇,设为观察组,另选取2018年1月~2019年1月本院收治的66例健康孕妇,设为对照组。均给予多普勒超声检查,对比两组子宫动脉搏动指数和阻力指数,以及脐动脉收缩压最大血流速度和舒张末期最大血流速度比值(S/D),统计两组孕妇、新生儿不良结局发生率。结果:观察组孕妇子宫动脉搏动指数、阻力指数、S/D均大于对照组,上述差异具有统计学意义(t=9.052,8.227,11.150,P<0.05)。观察组孕妇、新生儿不良结局发生率较高,与对照组相比,差异具有统计学意义(χ^(2)=8.400,7.119,P<0.05)。结论:多普勒超声在妊娠高血压孕妇子宫动脉及脐动脉血流检测中具有积极作用,可敏锐获取对应信息,评估孕妇和新生儿预后。Objective:To analyze the application of Doppler ultrasound in the detection of uterine artery and umbilical artery blood flow in pregnant women with pregnancy induced hypertension.Methods:66 pregnant women with pregnancy induced hypertension in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected as the observation group,and 66 healthy pregnant women in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected as the control group.Both groups were given Doppler ultrasound examination.The uterine artery pulsatility index and resistance index,and the ratio of maximum blood flow velocity of umbilical artery systolic pressure and maximum end diastolic blood flow velocity(S/D)were compared between the two groups.The incidence of adverse outcomes of pregnant women and newborns in the two groups were statistically analyzed.Results:The uterine artery pulsatility index,resistance index and S/D of pregnant women in the observation group were greater than those in the control group.The above differences were statistically significant(t=9.052,8.227,11.150,P<0.05).The incidence of adverse outcomes of pregnant women and newborns in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=8.400,7.119,P<0.05).Conclusion:Doppler ultrasound plays a positive role in the detection of uterine artery and umbilical artery blood flow in pregnant women with pregnancy induced hypertension.It can obtain corresponding information sensitively and evaluate the prognosis of pregnant women and newborns.
