腹部彩超对健康体检者脂肪肝筛查的价值分析

摘　　要：目的:研究在健康体检中腹部彩超筛查脂肪肝的临床价值。方法:于2019年10月~2020年10月本院健康体检者中随机抽取73例,均在体检中接受腹部彩超筛查脂肪肝,并于本院进一步确诊治疗。结果:腹部B超检出阳性14例(19.18%),阴性54例(73.97%)。符合率93.15%,特异性96.43%,敏感性82.35%,漏诊率17.65%,误诊率3.57%。和确诊结果对比,无统计学意义(P>0.05)。腹部B超检出轻度5例(29.41%),准确率83.33%;检出中度6例(35.29%),准确率85.71%;检出重度4例(23.53%),准确率100.00%。检出准确率超过80%,和确诊结果对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:对健康体检者进行腹部彩超检查,筛查脂肪肝具有较高临床价值,可有效筛查出脂肪肝患者,并根据影像特征评估其严重程度,为临床初步诊断提供可靠依据。Objective:To study the clinical value of abdominal color Doppler ultrasound in screening fatty liver in health examination.Methods:73 cases of fatty liver were randomly selected from healthy people in our hospital from October 2019 to October 2020,all of them received abdominal color Doppler ultrasound screening in physical examination,and were further diagnosed and treated in our hospital.Results:14 cases(19.18%)were positive and 54 cases(73.97%)were negative.The coincidence rate was 93.15%,the specificity was 96.43%,the sensitivity was 82.35%,the missed diagnosis rate was 17.65%,and the misdiagnosis rate was 3.57%.Compared with the result of diagnosis,there was no statistical significance(P>0.05).Abdominal B ultrasound detected mild in 5 cases(29.41%),the accuracy rate was 83.33%;moderate in 6 cases(35.29%),the accuracy rate was 85.71%;severe in 4 cases(23.53%),the accuracy rate was 100.00%.The detection accuracy rate was more than 80%,and there was no significant difference compared with the diagnosis results(P>0.05).Conclusion:Abdominal color Doppler ultrasound examination of healthy people,screening fatty liver has high clinical value,can effectively screen out patients with fatty liver,and evaluate its severity according to the image characteristics,provide reliable basis for clinical preliminary diagnosis.
