摘　　要：目的:探讨功能性内镜鼻窦手术对慢性鼻窦炎患者嗅觉功能的影响。方法:择取2016年1月~2020年10月本院58例功能性鼻内镜手术的慢性鼻窦炎患者,随机分为试验组(中鼻甲塑形+开放上鼻道,29例)和对照组(保留完整中鼻甲,29例),测定两组术后鼻气道阻力与鼻嗅觉功能。结果:试验组治疗效果与对照组无统计学差异,P>0.05。试验组各指标恢复与对照组比较差异显著,P<0.05。结论:功能性内镜鼻窦手术治疗慢性鼻窦炎有效可行,可以更好地降低鼻气道阻力,改善患者鼻嗅觉功能。Objective:To investigate the effect of functional endoscopic sinus surgery on olfactory function in patients with chronic sinusitis.Methods:58 patients with chronic sinusitis who underwent functional endoscopic sinus surgery in our hospital from January 2016 to October 2020 were selected and randomly divided into the experimental group(middle turbinate shaping+upper nasal meatus opening,29 cases)and the control group(middle turbinate retaining,29 cases),nasal airway resistance and nasal olfactory function were measured in the two groups.Results:The treatment effect of the experimental group was not statistically different from that of the control group(P>0.05).The recovery of each index in the experimental group was significantly different from that in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Functional endoscopic sinus surgery is effective and feasible in the treatment of chronic sinusitis,which can better reduce nasal airway resistance and improve the patient’s nose and smell function.
