摘　　要：目的:探讨动态血糖监测系统对老年糖尿病患者血糖控制及遵医嘱情况的影响。方法:选择天津市南开医院治未病科2020年1月~2020年10月收治的80例老年糖尿病患者,采用随机法分为对照组和研究组,每组各40例。对照组采用雅培辅理善血糖仪进行血糖监测,研究组佩戴美敦力动态血糖监测仪进行血糖监测。比较监测4周、12周后两组患者空腹血糖(FBG)及餐后2h血糖(2hBG)控制情况及遵医嘱情况。结果:与监测4周时血糖浓度比较,两组监测12周后FBG及2hBG浓度均降低(P<0.05),研究组监测4周、12周时FBG及2hBG浓度均低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组完全遵医率(90.00%)明显高于对照组(70.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:动态血糖监测系统对老年糖尿病患者血糖控制效果好,可提高患者遵医嘱率,临床应用效果满意。Objective:To investigate the effect of dynamic blood glucose monitoring system on blood glucose control and compliance of elderly patients with diabetes mellitus.Methods:80 cases of elderly patients with diabetes in our hospital from January 2020 to October 2020 were selected and randomly divided into control group and study group,40 cases in each group.The control group used Abbott Ellison blood glucose monitor for blood glucose monitoring,while the study group wore Medtronic dynamic blood glucose monitor for blood glucose monitoring.The control of fasting blood glucose(FBG)and 2h postprandial blood glucose(2hBG)and compliance with doctor’s advice were compared between the two groups after 4 weeks and 12 weeks.Results:Compared with the blood glucose concentration at 4 weeks of monitoring,the FBG and 2hBG concentrations of the two groups decreased after 12 weeks of monitoring(P<0.05),the FBG and 2hBG concentrations of the study group at 4 weeks and 12 weeks of monitoring were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);the complete compliance rate of the study group(90.00%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(70.00%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of dynamic blood glucose monitoring system on blood glucose control in elderly patients with diabetes is good,which can improve the compliance rate of patients with doctor’s advice,and the clinical application effect is satisfactory.
