摘 要:目的:分析全自动微生物鉴定仪在淋球菌鉴定中的意义。方法:本实验所采取的样本来源为某院2017年6月~2019年6月门诊疑似淋病的女性患者子宫颈分泌物样本,共计116例。对于所有样本实施仪器法以及手工法细菌学检测工作,分析结果。结果:利用手工实验法,于116个疑似病例内检出71例存在淋球菌;全自动微生物鉴定设备中,于116个疑似病例内检出70例存在淋球菌。两组受试者检测精准性无明显差异,P>0.05。设备法平均用时为(54.24±1.65)h,手工法平均用时为(73.52±1.62)h。和手工法相比,设备法检测用时更少,P<0.05。结论:全自动微生物鉴定设备在院内微生物鉴定方面发挥出了举足轻重的作用。利用此鉴定仪可在根本上提升并球菌检出率。Objective:To analyze the significance of automatic microbial identification apparatus in the identification of Neisseria gonorrhoeae.Methods:A total of 116 cases of cervical secretions were collected from female outpatients suspected of gonorrhea in a hospital from June 2017 to June 2019.Perform instrumental and manual bacteriological tests on all samples and analyze the results.Results:71 cases of neisseria gonorrhoeae were detected in 116 suspected cases by manual experiment.Neisseria gonorrhoeae was detected in 70 of 116 suspected cases by automatic microbiological identification equipment.There was no significant difference in accuracy between the two groups(P>0.05).The average time of the equipment method was(54.24±1.65)h,and the average time of the manual method was(73.52±1.62)h.Compared with the manual method,the equipment method takes less time(P<0.05).Conclusion:Automatic microorganism identification equipment plays an important role in hospital microorganism identification.The detection rate of pneumococci can be improved fundamentally by using this identification instrument.
