摘　　要：本文介绍了Varian 23EX直线加速器的剂量检测系统工作原理,列举了三例故障检修实例并分析了故障产生的原因,介绍了该系统出现故障联锁时的维修思路及处理方法。This article introduces the working principle of the dose detection system of the Varian 23EX linear accelerator,lists three troubleshooting examples and analyzes the cause of the failure,and introduces the maintenance ideas and treatment methods when the system fails interlock.
