摘　　要：结肠透析在实际操作过程中,透析膜为患者的结直肠,在患者结肠腔当中注入透析液,在其肠腔内形成多个小透析池,利用结肠的蠕动,使黏膜与透析液接触,对患者血液间与肠腔内的溶质及水加速交换,借助透析液中渗透压梯度、溶质浓度梯度以及结肠黏膜毛细血管内的血液,利用渗透、弥散原理将潴留在其体内的代谢产物、水分清除,使其向体外排出,从而对肾脏病变进行治疗,控制患者病情发展,避免病情恶化,将患者体内的尿毒症毒素降低,如尿酸、尿素氮、血肌酐等,使其电解质与酸碱紊乱现象能够纠正,为其创造稳定的人体内环境,使其肾脏的血流量得以改变,增加肾脏滤过率,增多尿量。During the actual operation of colon dialysis,the dialysis membrane is the patient’s rectum,injecting dialysis fluid into the patient’s colon cavity,a small dialyzer is formed in the intestinal cavity,which uses the peristalsis of the colon to contact the mucous membrane with dialysate,accelerates the exchange of solute and water between the blood and the intestinal cavity,corrects the electrolyte and blood in the capillary of the colon mucosa by the osmotic pressure gradient,solute concentration gradient and blood in the colon mucosa,removes the metabolites and water from the colon mucosa by the principle of permeation and dispersion,and excretes them out of the body,thus treating renal lesions,controlling the development of the patient’s condition,avoiding the deterioration of the condition,reducing the uremic toxins in the patient’s body,such as uric acid,urea nitrogen,serum creatinine,etc.,so that the electrolyte and acid-base disorders can be corrected and create stability The blood flow of the kidney can be changed,the filtration rate of the kidney is increased,and the urine volume is increased.
