简述脑监测设备在重型颅脑损伤患者中的临床应用

摘　　要：重型颅脑损伤在神经外科疾病中较常见,是由于暴力直接或间接作用于头部而导致颅脑组织受损的疾病,具有较高的致残率及致死率。该病病情严重,治疗难度较大,需得到及时有效的治疗,若延误治疗则会直接危及生命安全。近些年科技的进步促使医疗技术也在不断发展,目前神经内科疾病治疗中应用多种脑监测设备,在一定程度上能提高患者的治疗效果。临床中的脑监测设备主要有颅内压监测仪、脑组织氧监测仪、移动CT、脑血流超声仪、脑组织微透析仪等,文章重点对重症颅脑损伤患者应用脑监测设备的价值进行研究,以期为患者的治疗提供有力依据。Severe craniocerebral injury is a common disease in neurosurgery,with a high rate of disability and mortality.It is a disease caused by the direct or indirect effect of violence on the head,which leads to the damage of craniocerebral tissue.It needs timely and effective treatment,if the treatment is delayed,it will directly endanger life safety.The severity of the disease leads to the difficulty of treatment.In recent years,the progress of science and technology promotes the continuous development of medical technology.At present,the application of a variety of brain monitoring devices in the treatment of neurological diseases can improve the therapeutic effect of patients to a certain extent.Clinical brain monitoring equipment mainly includes intracranial pressure monitor,brain tissue oxygen monitor,mobile CT,cerebral blood flow ultrasound instrument,brain tissue microdialysis instrument,etc.In this paper,the value of the application of brain monitoring equipment in patients with severe craniocerebral injury was studied to provide a strong basis for the treatment of patients.
