摘  要:目的:分析髓内钉与钢板内固定治疗胫骨远端关节外骨折的对比。方法:选择2019年1月~2020年1月本院胫骨远端关节外骨折患者共46例,数字表随机分2组,每组23例,对照组的患者给予钢板内固定治疗,观察组给予髓内钉固定治疗。比较治疗效果。结果:观察组手术时长、胫骨远端关节外骨折愈合时间和对照组无显著差异,P>0.05。观察组术中平均出血低于对照组,P<0.05。观察组治疗后患者关节功能评分、关节功能恢复优良率和对照组无显著差异,P>0.05。观察组并发症率低于对照组,P<0.05。结论:髓内钉固定与钢板内固定治疗胫骨远端关节外骨折的效果相似,均可改善关节功能,但其中钢板内固定的损伤较大,患者出血较多,并发症较多。Objective:To analyze the comparison of intramedullary nail and plate internal fixation in the treatment of distal tibial extra-articular fracture.Methods:From January 2019 to January 2020,46 patients with extraarticular fracture of distal Tibia were randomly divided into 2 groups(23 cases in each group),control group(23 cases in each group)and observation group(30 cases in each group).Comparison effect.Results:There was no significant difference in the operation time and the healing time of distal tibial extraarticular fracture between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).The mean intraoperative bleeding in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in joint function score,excellent and good rate of joint function recovery between the observation group and the control group after treatment(P>0.05).The complication rate of observation group was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of intramedullary nail fixation and plate fixation is similar to that of plate fixation in the treatment of extraarticular fractures of the distal tibial,which can improve the joint function,but the injury of plate fixation is greater,the patients have more bleeding and more complications.
