负压封闭引流技术辅助治疗足部闭合复杂骨折脱位伴严重软组织损伤的疗效

摘　　要：目的:研究负压封闭引流技术辅助治疗足部闭合复杂骨折脱位伴严重软组织损伤的疗效。方法:选取2019年4月~2020年4月本院收治的88例足部闭合复杂骨折脱位伴严重软组织损伤患者。通过随机分组的方法将所有患者分为观察组(44例,使用负压引流技术辅助治疗),对照组(44例,使用常规治疗),观察组患者在术后进行负压封闭引流辅助治疗,在治疗结束后,观察两组患者的治疗效果。结果:在治疗结束后,观察组患者的创面以及伤口愈合时间均小于对照组(P<0.05),在进行不过的治疗后,观察组的后期恢复效果评价100.00%要高于对照组的后期恢复效果评价81.82%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。由患者患者伤口预后情况数据方面上表达,观察组相比较对照组较优(P<0.05),由生活质量评分数据方面上可见,治疗前,两组数据对比差异不满足统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗后,观察组相比较对对照组较高(P<0.05)。由治疗满意度数据方面上可见,观察组治疗满意度为95.45%(42/44);对照组治疗满意度为75.00%(33/44)。观察组相比较对照组较高(P<0.05)。结论:在对足部闭合复杂骨折脱位伴严重软组织损伤患者进行治疗时,运用负压封闭引流辅助治疗可以取得较好的临床治疗效果,有效缩短了患者的创面以及伤口愈合时间,促进了患者的后期恢复效果提升,提升患者的生活质量,从而提高患者的治疗满意度。Objective:To study the effect of negative pressure sealing drainage technology in the auxiliary treatment of closed complex fracture and dislocation of the foot with severe soft tissue injury.Methods:A total of 88 patients with closed complex fractures and dislocations of the feet with severe soft tissue injuries who were admitted to our hospital between April 2019 and April 2020 were selected.All patients were randomly divided into experimental group(44 cases,using negative pressure drainage technology for adjuvant treatment),control group(44 cases,using conventional treatment),and experimental group patients underwent negative pressure closed drainage adjuvant therapy after surgery.After the treatment,observe the treatment effect of the two groups of patients.Results:After the treatment,the wounds and wound healing time of the experimental group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).After the treatment failed,the late recovery effect evaluation of the experimental group was 100.00%higher than that of the control group 81.82%.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).It is expressed by the data of the patient’s wound prognosis.The experimental group is better than the control group(P<0.05).It can be seen from the quality of life score data that the difference between the two groups of data before treatment does not meet statistical significance(P<0.05).0.05).After treatment,the experimental group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).It can be seen from the treatment satisfaction data that the treatment satisfaction degree of the experimental group is 95.45%(42/44);the treatment satisfaction degree of the control group is 75.00%(33/44).The experimental group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of patients with closed complex fractures and dislocations of the feet with severe soft tissue injuries,the use of negative pressure sealing drainage adjuvant therapy can achieve better clinical therapeutic effects,effectively shorten the patient’s wound
