摘　　要：目的:分析Ommaya囊结合侧脑室外引流治疗脑室出血的临床效果。方法:选2020年1月~2020年12月96例脑室出血患者进行研究,采用随机数表法分为观察组(48例,Ommaya囊结合侧脑室外引流)与对照组(48例,侧脑室外引流)。对比血肿清除率、Rankin评分、并发症。结果:观察组患者术后血肿清除率显著高于对照组,(P<0.05);观察组患者预后良好率显著高于对照组,(P<0.05);观察组患者并发症发生率显著低于对照组,(P<0.05)。结论:联合治疗可有效提高对患者血肿清除率,提高患者预后效果,降低并发症发生风险。Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of Ommaya capsule combined with lateral ventricle drainage in the treatment of intraventricular hemorrhage.Methods:96 patients with intraventricular hemorrhage from January 2020 to December 2020 were selected and randomly divided into observation group(48 cases,Ommaya capsule combined with lateral ventricle drainage)and control group(48 cases,lateral ventricle drainage).Hematoma clearance rate,Rankin score and complications were compared.Results:The hematoma clearance rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);The good prognosis rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);The incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Combined therapy can effectively improve the hematoma clearance rate,improve the prognosis of patients,reduce the risk of complications.
