超声洁牙机二次龈下刮治术与牙周翻瓣术治疗牙周病患者的临床效果比较分析

摘　　要：目的:分析二次龈下刮治术与牙周翻瓣术的临床效果。方法:纳入2020年1月~2020年12月来本院就诊的130例牙周病患者进行研究,采用随机数表法分为观察组(65例,二次龈下刮治术)与对照组(65例,牙周翻瓣术)。对比探诊出血(BOP)、探诊深度(PD)、附着水平(CAL)、牙龈退缩(GR)、生活质量。结果:治疗前,两组患者各项指标差异较小,(P>0.05),治疗后1个月、3个月患者PD、CAL水平差异较小,(P>0.05),GR水平显著低于对照组,(P<0.05);两组患者BOP阳性率差异较小,(P>0.05);观察组患者生活质量对比,(P>0.05)。结论:两组治疗方式对患者疗效差异较大,但二次龈下刮治术对GR影响较小。Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of secondary subgingival curettage and periodontal flap.Methods:130 patients with periodontal disease from January 2020 to December 2020 were randomly divided into observation group(65 cases,twice subgingival curettage)and control group(65 cases,periodontal flap).The probing bleeding(BOP),probing depth(PD),attachment level(CAL),gingival recession(GR)and quality of life were compared.Results:Before treatment,there was little difference in each index between the two groups(P>0.05);after 1 month and 3 months of treatment,there was little difference in PD and CAL level between the two groups(P>0.05);GR level was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);the difference in BOP positive rate between the two groups was small(P>0.05);the quality of life of the observation group was compared(P>0.05).Conclusion:There is a great difference between the two groups,but the second subgingival curettage has little effect on GR.
