摘 要:本文基于场路耦合法得到了近区短路电流的动态过程,由电磁-结构耦合场建立了绕组三维有限元分析模型,采用瞬态场分析方法得到绕组区域漏磁场和电磁力分布情况,最后对短路过程中绕组的形变进行分析。文中对绕组区域漏磁分布进行了试验测量,试验结果与分析结果吻合良好,验证文中分析方法的准确性。In this paper, the dynamic process of the short-circuit current in the near area is obtained based on the field-circuit coupling method, and the three-dimensional finite element analysis model of the winding is established from the electromagnetic-structure coupling field. The transient field analysis method is used to obtain the leakage magnetic field and electromagnetic force distribution in the winding area. The deformation of the winding during the short circuit is analyzed. At the same time, the paper has carried out experimental measurement on the distribution of magnetic flux leakage in the winding area, and the experimental results are in good agreement with the analysis results, which verifies the accuracy of the analysis method in the paper.
