摘　　要：通过整理近期相关文献,以促炎因子在脑损伤中的作用与益生菌抑制促炎因子的表达而改善中枢神经损伤的作用与潜在机制为切入点,对临床开展“调腹通络”联合益生菌改善新生儿脑损伤后遗症进行理论与可行性的探究。Through combing the recent related literatures,a study is conducted on the theory and feasibility of carrying out the therapy of"Tiaofu Tongluo"combined with probiotics to improve the brain injury sequelae in the neonates with the starting point of the role of pro-inflammatory factors in brain injury and the role of probiotics in improving the central nervous injury by inhibiting the expression of pro-inflammatory factors.
