摘　　要：目的:系统归纳及评价ICU成人病人镇静镇痛相关指南及其质量并提取内容,为医护人员临床实践提供参考依据。方法:制定检索策略并检索循证数据库及循证网站,收集国内外有关ICU成人病人镇静镇痛的临床指南,并按照国际公认的指南评价工具(Appraisal of Guidelines for Research and Evaluation Ⅱ,AGREE Ⅱ)进行质量评价,并提取归纳护理实践内容。结果:纳入2篇中文指南,5篇英文指南,1篇日文指南,共8篇。AGREE Ⅱ质量等级评价结果 2篇A级指南,6篇B级指南;综合8部指南内容分析共包括3个主题:观念与知识培训、评估及预防/干预。结论:纳入的指南总体质量较高,中文指南针对性强但数量较少。Objective:To systematically summarize and evaluate the relevant guidelines and their quality of sedation and analgesia for adult ICU patients and extract the content,so as to provide medical staff with a convenient reference for clinical practice.Methods:The search strategy was developed,and the evidence-based databases and evidence-based websites were searched,domestic and foreign clinical guidelines for sedation and analgesia for adult patients in ICU were collected and evaluated the quality according to the internationally recognized guidelines(Appraisal of Guidelines for Research and Evaluation Ⅱ,AGREE Ⅱ)Quality evaluation,and extracted and summarized the content of nursing practice.Results:A total of 8 Chinese guides,5 English guides,and 1 Japanese guide were included.According to AGREE Ⅱ quality level evaluation results there were 2 A-level guidelines,and 6 B-level guidelines;comprehensive analysis of the content of the 8 guidelines included a total of 3 thematic dimensions:concept and knowledge training,evaluation and prevention/intervention.Conclusion:The overall quality of the included guidelines is high,and the Chinese guidelines are highly targeted,but the number is smaller.
